It makes a lot of sense and I think it is something I am missing in my strategy. I also like waht you had to say about the design of a blog. Too many people think they can just throw something up there and as long as they have content they will get lots of readers. You have to grab their attention and nothing does this better than a dynamic design. Then use your content to keep them coming back. I really like your point on be a collaborator not a competitor.
